Tech Requirements:


[Must have] Min 3 years hands-on experience in XHTML, AJAX, CSS, Javascript, PHP frameworks, MySQL (web focused)


[Must have] Proven skills in tweaking, enhancing and writing plugins for open-source Content Management Systems such as Wordpress and Joomla


[Must have] Proven passion and experience in web 2.0, web, social & mobile applications, and rich internet application (RIA) development


[Bonus] Passion and experience in Ruby, ROR and Ruby-based CMS


[Bonus] Passion and experience in E-commerce and Payment Gateways


[Bonus] Passion and knowledge of emerging technologies such as AIR, Flex, Android...
